HOW IT’S DONE

No Charge, No Risk No Commitment, Fast Service

Look on the Internet and see how many companies you never heard of are boasting how they can use their marketing wherewithal and genius and teach you how to make millions from your idea or invention… for a princely fee. Most make their money (for themselves) charging consumers for the process, not the results. If they were so able to turn your idea into a cash cow, why are they not willing to invest their time and effort into a small piece of the pie?

The Process … Summarized
Once a client contacts the company, for the most part through I2I’s website the process will proceed as follows:

1) I2I will have trained personnel read and review every email or letter received and answer every telephone call or message;

2) The consumer will be asked to fill out a General Information Form giving just a general idea as to the nature of the idea, product or business and submit it electronically to the company;

3) I2I will then send the consumer a Confidentiality Agreement, to assure the consumer that everything disclosed to the company will be kept in the strictest of confidence;

4) Once the consumer receives back the signed Confidentiality Agreement and is satisfied sufficient legal protection is provided, I2I will ask that the consumer fill out a Detailed Information Form, and perhaps asked to provide drawings and, if available, prototypes or even finished products;

5) I2I will then, at no charge to the consumer submit the idea or concept to one of its select team of experts to evaluate its sales and profit potential;

6) If the expert advises I2I that there is none, the consumer will be sent back all of his or her material with a thank you letter and explanation why I2I believes the idea has no sales or profit potential;

7) However, if I2I does decide if the idea has sales and profit potential after thorough evaluation, which will be by a professional with expertise and experience in the general field or industry where the idea is most closely related to, it will offer the consumer one of, or even a combination of optional programs.

A) Retaining I21 to as its agent to help develop, sell or license the idea;
B) Partnering with I2I to develop, sell or license the idea;
C) License the idea to I2I;
D) Sell the idea to I2I.

8) If the client elects to retain I2I as its agent, or partners with I2I to develop, sell or license the idea, I2I will work with the client to create a saleable commodity, including assisting with all phases of product, service and/or business development, from Idea2Icon all of the services I2I provides. It is important to be aware that Manufacturing or Retail companies do not buy ideas they buy finished products;

9) I2I will offer clients a variety of relationship and payment options thereafter, including:

A) A Flat Fee to design customized proposals to potential customers and submit the product to anywhere from a one to hundreds of potential customers. On a sliding scale the more submissions made the higher the fee;

10) I2I will then design and prepare a formal proposal in one of the forms it has used over and over again, which has a proven history of great success, It will then submit it to the consumer’s choice of potential customers from a list of those I2I advises would most like be interested in carrying the product or purchasing the product. The client would be given various payment options for this service, estimated to be several thousand dollars for a single submission to various multiple package deals for multiple submissions, and a flat rate, perhaps $10,000 or so to submit it to every single retailer I2I considers viable.
